In 2018, Halford Busby teamed with VLK Architects to provide 95 percent Construction Documents estimate on the Clear Creek ISD Main Transportation Replacement and Renovations project. This included 51,685 gross square feet of renovations to the existing transportation center as well as the replacement of an existing parking lot that would become 258 typical parking spaces, 260 bus parking spaces, 15 ADA parking spaces, and 4 ADA van access spaces. Additionally, the Clear Creek ISD Main Transportation Replacement project encompassed a new driveway leading to Louisiana Avenue, renovation of the transportation office space, removal of the underground fuel storage tanks, installation of new above-ground fuel storage tanks, new fueling stations and other priority repairs.
