Halford Busby provided a pre-design construction cost estimate on this building’s construction, 90 percent schematic design (SD), design development (DD) estimate and 100 percent construction documents estimate. As the project evolved, Halford Busby also evaluated multiple change orders with the goal of managing needed changes with the projected timeline and budget.
The gross square footage on this project was 107,000 square feet. The project received SECO and IECC Green Building Certifications.
