The team assisted the architect team, Burditt Consultants, from the schematic design phase all the way through the construction documents phase. This $13 million, 80-acre stage of expansion for the 1849 Park includes:

The 1849 Park also added an abundance of new landscaping including trees, artificial turf and other plants that will make this “third place” really feel like a home and a place of gathering for the residents and athletes of Pflugerville.
