Project Name: Health Learning Building at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas

As part of the master plan for a new medical district in Austin, Texas, the University of Texas is leading the way with The Health Learning Building. This 85,000-square-foot, five-story building is on track for LEED Gold certification. The building includes office space for the Dean of Medicine, classrooms, teaching labs, gross anatomy labs, medical simulation labs and outdoor study terraces.
Leveraging its experience with construction cost estimating for healthcare and higher education entities, Halford Busby proudly served as the cost estimators on The Health Learning Building at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas.
