Features of the Project:

• This school is being built to accommodate 1,000 students in Fort Bend.
• Fort Bend ISD is experiencing substantial growth, which is why the district is looking to expand its schools and build new ones.

Halford Busby provided three estimates on this elementary school #52 in Richmond, Texas. The three stages that we provided estimates for on this project were:

1. Schematic Design,
2. Design Development and
3. 50 percent Construction Set Documents.

This was a new high school in the Fort Bend Independent School District (ISD) at a gross square footage of 126,718 square feet.
