Halford Busby provided cost estimation and analysis to support the PDM efforts. Conceptual level ROM cost analysis was developed to support concept alternative evaluations and provide project cost estimate(s) for B North, B South, and the Processor (including roadway infrastructure) for inclusion in the PDM.
HOUSTON AIRPORT SYSTEMS TERMINAL A — Houston, Texas
Halford Busby provided budget consultation and cost estimation for the modernization and renovation of Terminal A at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The scope of work included building systems, improvements to the pedestrian flow, terminal layout, and functional capacity. Halford Busby also provided cost estimates for 5 separate concourse expansion concepts.
