Project features:
In 2019, Halford Busby teamed with VLK Architects to provide estimates for the Tomball I.S.D. Agriculture (Ag) Barn. Halford Busby provided estimates at the schematic design, design development, 50 percent construction documents and 90 percent construction documents stages. The construction was completed in August 2020.
The project comprised:
- 30,520 gross square feet of building/barn,
- 6,640 square feet of classrooms for poultry,
- a detention pond expansion,
- 39 new parking spaces/paving,
- a 1,250 square foot concrete pad for outdoor learning and
- a fire lane.
