Project: Pflugerville Park

Halford Busby provided the cost estimation for the 1849 Pflugerville Park expansion/renovation in Pflugerville, Texas. The team assisted the architect team, Burditt Consultants, from the schematic design phase all the way through the construction documents phase. This $13 million, 80-acre stage of expansion for the 1849 Park includes:
- 3 new baseball fields equipped with bleachers, dugouts, bullpens and other amenities
- Batting cages
- A “Phieldhouse” featuring new concessions and restrooms
- “Phlag” Plaza with additional seating and an ornate baseball paver

The 1849 Park also added an abundance of new landscaping including trees, artificial turf and other plants that will make this “third place” really feel like a home and a place of gathering for the residents and athletes of Pflugerville.
